The Bank of Canada's Currency Museum was opened in 1980. It is home to the National Currency Collection, the largest collection of Canadian bank notes, coins, and tokens in the world. The Museum is located within the rst Bank of Canada building (built in 1934), just minutes from Parliament Hill in Ottawa.
